Magnetic-bearing turbomolecular pump with an integrated controller and 4,300 L/s nitrogen pumping speed. The MTP-4301 uses an ISO320F inlet, KF40 foreline connection, water cooling, optional TMS temperature management and nitrogen purge.
Description
CBVAC MTP-4301 Magnetically Levitated Turbomolecular Pump
The MTP-4301 is a high-throughput magnetic-bearing turbomolecular pump for large industrial and research vacuum chambers. The integrated controller provides rotor suspension, drive and protection functions.

| Nitrogen purge | 50 ±10 sccm through KF10 port |
| Approximate weight | 111 kg |
Confirm inlet version, controller, mains cable, cooling-water limits, TMS hardware, purge kit, backing pump and control interface. Maximum chamber performance depends on conductance and gas load.
Use certified lifting, rigid mounting and interlocked backing, cooling, speed, purge and controlled venting.
